So... America and Russia do not get along at all, then? But they fight this battle in lands other than their own... [Seems pretty cowardly, really.]

Is he? You would think that he would learn to give up after awhile. What good would a political assassination be for him? [Well, unless you live in Antiva. But that county is a special case, and neither Cuba nor America seem at all similar to the place.]
